Regret or Cancellation

  • Services: In case a client has contracted one or more of our services and no longer wants to benefit from them, they may request the cancellation of the service, however the right to reimbursement (partial or total) will follow the following rules:
    1. Requesting cancellation at least 24 (twenty-four hours) in advance of the scheduled date and time: they will have the right to request a full refund, or they may reschedule their time, or they may request a voucher to reschedule the service in the near future.
    2. Cancellation request within 24 (twenty-four hours) prior to the date and time of the scheduled services: will be entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid, or may request a rescheduling of the service, or may request a voucher to reschedule the service in the near future.
    3. Cancellation request after the date and time previously scheduled that the client did not show up: if the client does not show up for the scheduled service session and also does not notify MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA that he/she will not be able to attend the scheduled session, MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA reserves the right to NOT provide any refund or issue any type of voucher or bonus to reschedule the service in the future.
    4. The MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA does not provide any type of reimbursement for services rendered, it means that if the client attend the session of the scheduled service and the same is performed, MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA reserves the right to NOT provide any reimbursement for services performed.
  • Products:
    1. Order cancellations will be accepted with full refund only if not yet shipped. If they have already been shipped, we request that they be returned in their inviolate packaging along with the invoice and the refund will be made minus shipping costs.
    2. To return a product by withdrawal or regret, the deadline for giving up or exchanging your purchase is 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the product. The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or violation of the original seal of the item purchased, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all accessories it has. We do not exchange gifts.

Refunds and Vouchers

The refund for withdrawal or regret will be as follows:

  • Purchases paid by Credit Card: The Customer may choose to receive a Shopping Voucher in the amount paid, to be used in the purchase of any other service or product, or else request a chargeback of the amount paid in the invoice of his credit card.

    ATTENTION:

    In most cases the chargeback is only computed in the invoice following that paid, that is, the chargeback may occur more than 30 (thirty) days by internal procedures of the credit card companies and/or banks, and NOT BY WILL OF MODERN RELAXING MASSAGEM SITE. We ask the courtesy of consulting the refund conditions practiced by your credit cards or banks before requesting information about the “reason” why the refund does not appear on your invoice yet.

  • Purchases with Bill Pay or Deposit: The Client may choose to receive a Shopping Voucher in the amount paid to be used in the purchase of any other service or product, or request MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA for reimbursement in your current account. In the latter case, for reimbursement through deposit, it is necessary that the account holder is the same as that made the request on the site, if the data are not the same MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA reserves the right not to proceed with the chargeback until the correct and compatible data of the holder are provided.

If any product has been shipped by mistake or exchanged in relation to the order, return it intact and with the packaging unbroken after letting us know by e-mail, contact form, WhatsApp, Telegram or directly by phone disclosed on the site.

If our failure is proven, we will refund all amounts paid. If any doubt still persists, please contact us via e-mail, contact form, WhatsApp, or directly by phone disclosed on the site.

The Shopping Vouchers issued are valid for up to 90 (Ninety) days from the date of issue, after this period the MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA reserves the right not to provide any kind of refund or voucher credit for future use.

Product Warranty

In the case of resold products, the warranties associated with these items are those provided by their manufacturers, distributors and importers, and the terms differ from product to product accordingly. In the case of our products, we provide the same warranties required by law.

Exchanges and Returns

For exchanges and returns of products, they must be sent in the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories and accompanied by the 2nd copy of the invoice. If you do not have the invoice, please make a written purchase declaration describing the reasons for the exchange or return. The products that are sent to us due to a defect will be evaluated by our technical department for confirmation (verification), or not, of the manufacturing defect indicated by the customer. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA will provide the resending of the same product to the client’s address. If any problem is confirmed in the product claimed that requires repair or even replacement of the product, the deadline for returning the product is 30 (thirty) days from the date of confirmation of the defect.

MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA is exempt from the obligation to exchange, repair or replace any product whose defect has been caused by misuse of the client, as evaluated by our technicians. We clarify that even if the request is made within the period of seven calendar days provided for the withdrawal of the purchase, the MASSAGEM RELAXANTE MODERNA reserves the right to provide the repair of the product, in accordance with the Code of Consumer Protection.
